Booking in the block helps the fiscal livelihood of the show. DealerTech Summit is bound by contract to fulfill a specific block of rooms in order to offer you a special rate. If we don’t meet the quota, we are financially responsible for any unused rooms. That may eventually result in increased registration or exhibit booth fees.
Be where all the action is! The educational sessions, exhibit hall, and networking events are all located at the host hotel. Also, all of the other attendees are staying at the host hotel so you can network and talk shop anywhere on-site.
Pick up your badge when you arrive at the hotel! Check in at the registration desk then grab your badge. This will save you valuable time and taxi money!
